Call for Faculty Participating in Spring 2017 Commencement June 10, 2017 - Carver Academic Building

The Registrar’s Office would like to invite faculty to attend the spring commencement ceremonies held on Saturday, June 10 in the Carver Academic Building. Faculty are asked to attend the ceremony in which their college is represented. Departments or participating faculty are asked to submit names and associated departments no later than Friday, May 24 by emailing Emily Marrs at Emily.Marrs@wwu.edu.

• Ceremony One: 9 a.m. - Candidates from Business & Economics, Fine & Performing Arts, Fairhaven, Huxley, and the Graduate School will attend.
• Ceremony Two: 12:30 p.m. - Candidates from Woodring, Humanities & Social Sciences (Humanities Departments), and the Graduate School will attend.
• Ceremony Three: 4 p.m. - Candidates from Science & Engineering, Humanities & Social Sciences (Social Sciences Departments), and the Graduate School will attend.

Faculty who need regalia for the ceremony can email Scott at Royal T Papers at Scott@RoyalTPapers.com.  Please provide the following information in the email: name, height, weight, highest degree, and institution. Faculty with questions about their order can contact the Alumni Office at x3353.
