Business Services to host demos of potential new travel-expense software vendors

Western Washington University’s Business Services Department released an RFP to replace the current Travel Expense Management (TEM) system after receiving significant input from divisional representatives. The current TEM system was implemented in 2013, but the software vendor, Ellucian, will no longer enhance the system to maintain browser compatibility.

On-site demonstrations with two of the three RFP respondents for the replacement Travel Expense Management (TEM) system are scheduled for:

  • Ellucian/Chrome River on May 30
  • SAP Concur on May 31

Vendors are invited to show traveler, approver, and proxy user experiences within the proposed solutions as well as group management, advances, and reimbursements.

A Qualtrics survey will gather critical end-user feedback to ensure all needs are considered during system selection.

If you are interested in attending the on-site demonstrations, please email the Project Manager, Deanna Reynolds.
