Brick work near Wilson Library, Humanities expected to be complete Sept. 26

The contractor working to finish the brick paving work near Wilson Library and the Humanities Building expects to complete the work by Sept. 26.

In the meantime, he'll minimize and clean up the remaining work areas and open up some of the walkways for travel. By the end of this week, he expects to finish paving outside Humanities classrooms, with the exception of the south steps and the walkway to Red Square. He should also re-open the north entrance to Wilson Library. Most fencing will be removed and construction activities will be minimized to avoid conflicts with classes.

Please address any questions or concerns to Doug MacLean, project manager, at 360-650-3791 or doug.maclean@wwu.edu.
