'Beat the Blues' this week with a trio of events

Events include:

1/25, 4:30 PM, Instagram Live event on @BeWellWWU. Learn how to make shrubs with our Wellness Advocates. Shrubs are syrups made of fruits, herbs, sugar, and vinegar that are used to make non-alcoholic cocktails. 

1/26, 10 AM - 12 PM, Zoom drop-in seasonal depression screenings with counselors from the Counseling and Wellness Center. 

1/28, 4 PM, Instagram Live event on @BeWellWWU. Join Zach Brisson from the Counseling and Wellness Center for an Instagram Live Q&A to learn more about seasonal depression and winter blues coping strategies.
