AUAP Program welcomes 35 new students from Japan

Western Washington University’s Asia University America Program (AUAP) will officially welcome 35 students to campus at a Welcome Ceremony Friday, March 1 from 3:30-5 p.m. in MH 152.  

This event is free and open to the public.  

35 Japanese students arrived Monday, Feb. 25, from Asia University in Tokyo where they are majoring in Business, Law, Economics, or Multicultural Communications and will participate in the 5-month study abroad program at WWU.  This is the 61st group of students to attend WWU-AUAP making over 4,100 AUAP students have participated in the 31-year partnership between Asia University and Western.
