Ask students anything about their countries of origin at special event May 16

Western Washington University students from countries including Finland, Vietnam, Canada, Japan and Saudi Arabia will be available to chat about their countries, their cultures and their experiences as international students at a special "Ask Me Anything About My Country" event from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, May 16, on Vendor's Row.

International students from 39 countries attend Western Washington University. The goal of the “Ask Me Anything . . .” booth is to celebrate this population and to encourage cross-cultural education on a personal level.

The event is sponsored by International Student and Scholar Services.
