Former Wellness Program coordinator to present lecture on yoga and stress reduction Wednesday, April 21

Summer Huntington, the previous Faculty & Staff Wellness Program coordinator, will be on campus from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 21, to present a yoga and stress reduction lecture.

In the class, which will take place in Arntzen Hall Room 225, attendees can learn to use yoga to help reduce stress and unlock areas of disease, and learn to build a firmer core while feeling more toned and lean.

Huntington, a current yoga instructor and WWU graduate student, was the coordinator of the Faculty & Staff Wellness Program while an undergrad. She is the owner of Fit Body Wellness - Fitness that Fits YOU.

Event attendees are welcome to bring questions about postures, yoga, relaxation, wellness & stress reduction to the lunch 'n' learn event. Attendees also may bring their lunches to the event. Pre-registration is not required.
