2010-2011 online parking permit applications accepted beginning April 26

Faculty and staff parking permit applications for the 2010-2011 school year will be available online at http://www.ps.wwu.edu beginning at 8 a.m. Monday, April 26. Applications will be considered late after 4:30 p.m. Friday, May 14.

Applicants should remember to register their current vehicle license plates when applying.

Payroll deduction:

• Those who did use payroll deduction in 2009-2010 do not need to fill out the form again. Those applicants need only to complete the Parking Permit Application Form.
• Those who did not use payroll deduction in the past year or who want to use it for the first time will need to fill out both the Parking Permit Application Form and the HR Payroll Deduction Form. Applicants will receive an electronic confirmation for each form completed.

Late applications will result in an applicant's seniority not being considered during the assignment process and may result in a 12A lot assignment. Those who do not receive your first lot choice will automatically be placed on a waiting list for that lot.

Faculty and staff members who do not have access to a computer or who need to apply for a commuter packet or carpool permit may complete an application at the parking office in the Campus Services Building at 2001 Bill McDonald Parkway.
