WWU opens season with sweep at BYU Hawaii

Western Washington University got two strong complete-game pitching performances and first baseman Alexie Levin drove in four runs and scored three as the Vikings opened the season with a sweep of Brigham Young University Hawaii in a non-conference doubleheader Saturday at Sand Island Field.

Jenna DeRosier gave up just one run on three hits in the opener and Aspen Ison began her collegiate career with a one-hit shutout in the nightcap.
