Wilson to head Scott County schools

Bill Wilson, who has been superintendent of Greeley County USD 200 for 13 years, has been named superintendent of Scott County USD 466.
"We are extremely happy," said USD 466 school board president Eric Erven. "I was very pleased we were able to put a deal together with Mr. Wilson. He's excited. We're excited."
Wilson's appointment is effective July 1, one day after his current contract at the Tribune-based USD 200 expires. He will succeed Don L. Wells, who resigned last fall.
Wilson could not be reached for comment.
