Western club serves more than 200 people at Seattle food bank

The Muslim Student Associations from Western Washington University and the University of Washington distributed sandwiches at the North Helpline Food Bank in Seattle on Saturday, Nov. 23.
The night before, Western’s MSA members met for about two hours to make sandwiches from the 24 pounds of bread, one gallon of mayonnaise, 24 pounds of assorted cheeses and 18 heads of lettuce they had purchased for the event. The group made nearly 150 sandwiches.
