Underage drinking is focus of Bellingham forum

Underage drinking in Whatcom County will be the focus of a free talk about alcohol use Wednesday, April 30.

Research scientist Julia Dilley will lead a town hall discussion about alcohol from 4 to 6 p.m. at St. Luke's Community Health Education Center, 3333 Squalicum Parkway.
