Early yesterday morning, New England Patriots defensive back, Alfonso Dennard, was arrested in Nebraska for suspicion of DUI. He was already on probation for assaulting a police officer.

Depending upon how you do the math, he is the 34th NFL player arrested since the Super Bowl was played on February 3rd of this year. One player—Titus Young, formerly of the Detroit Lions—was arrested three times in one week. And, of course, we have the case of Aaron Hernandez, the former Patriots tight end, who has been charged with the grisly murder of a former acquaintance.
