Race, elections among topics at WWU panels on Saturday

Racial justice, the role of elections and the media are among the topics slated for a series of panels open to the public at Western Washington University this weekend.

“The Power of Civic Engagement,” an annual program organized by WWU’s Ralph Munro Institute for Civic Engagement, is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 9. The panels will be held in Miller and Fraser halls on the WWU campus.
