MVHS Rotary names Teacher of the Year

American Government and French teacher Anna Barker is the Mount Vernon High School Rotary Teacher of the Year. She was selected by this year’s Rotary Students of the Month.
Barker grew up in Seattle before studying political science and French at Western Washington University in Bellingham.
