Long Beach Festival of Authors aims to inspire women to write, read

Although it seemingly flies under the radar compared to the dozens of popular events that come to Long Beach, it’s still one of the hottest tickets in town and has sold out year after year for more than three decades.

And this year was no different with prospective attendees quickly snatching their tickets for the 32nd annual Long Beach Festival of Authors, which takes place Saturday at the Long Beach Convention Center.
