Local Libraries Banding Together For Easier Borrowing

Local library systems are banding together to allow you to have access to more libraries.

All you need to have is a library card from Bellingham or Whatcom County libraries to borrow materials from local academic libraries, including Bellingham Technical College, Northwest Indian College, Whatcom Community College and Western Washington University.
