Kris Bulcroft takes top spot at Vancouver's Capilano University

A former Fulbright scholar who has researched extensively on family life and aging has been named as the next president of Capilano University.

Kris Bulcroft, a PhD who is currently vice-president for academic affairs at Franklin College in Switzerland, will take up the top job at the university in August.
