Halsell named GNAC Coach of the Year

Western Washington University's Pee Wee Halsell has been named Great Northwest Athletic Conference Men's Indoor Track and Field Coach of the Year in an announcement made by the conference office Thursday, March 20.

Halsell directed the Vikings to their second straight conference championship and the school's fourth title in the 11 years the sport has been sponsored by the GNAC. His team won six events at the conference championships.
