Former WWU president Olscamp dies at 77

Former Western Washington University President Paul J. Olscamp died Tuesday, Oct. 14, at the age of 77.

Olscamp was president of Western from 1975-82. Western became a university in 1977, and enrollment broke 10,000 students in his final year, according to the university’s website.
