Former PeaceHealth fundraiser Rahn dies at 68

Jean Rahn, who guided a landmark Clark County philanthropic campaign, died Friday after an extended illness.

Rahn was executive director of the PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center Foundation for eight years until she retired in May 2013.

Rahn, who was 68, implemented and managed a capital campaign that raised $53 million. It included money to build the Firstenburg Tower at what then was Southwest Washington Medical Center.
