EvCC icon retires after 31 years

"Laura Hedges, the long-reigning Program Manager of Women's Services and Gender Equality at the Diversity and Equity Center, has retired after 31 years at EvCC.

Hedges last day was April 30.. Those who worked with her and the students impacted by her used words like "dynamo, powerhouse and irreplaceable" to describe her."
