College notebook: Haden, Vikings not allowing many goals

Through 10 games this season, the unbeaten Western Washington University women's soccer team has allowed only two goals — and one of those was an own goal.

WWU junior goalkeeper Ashley Haden, a Hockinson High School graduate, leads the Great Northwest Athletic Conference in goals-against average (0.20), save percentage (.935) and shutouts (seven). In all of NCAA Division II, she ranks second in save percentage and third in goals against average.
