Colard leads WWU women's basketball in overtime loss

Western Washington University took NCAA Division I Seattle University to double overtime before falling, 100-93, in a women's basketball exhibition game Saturday, Nov. 3, in Seattle.

The Vikings, who are ranked No. 14 in the USA Today Sports/ESPN Division II Top 25 Preseason Poll, were led by guards Katie Colard and Corinn Waltrip, who combined for 43 points. Colard had 22, hitting five 3-pointers, and Waltrip 21.
