Bellingham Chinese Culture Festival marks Chinese New Year

The Bellingham Chinese Culture Festival at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 3, at Mount Baker Theatre, 104 N. Commercial St., will highlight Chinese musical traditions in time for the 4709th Chinese New Year, the year of the dragon, which began Jan. 23.
