Auburn to dedicate plaque in late teen's name at Brannan Skate Park

The Auburn community will dedicate a plaque in memory of Dwight Clark at a 5 p.m. Sunday ceremony at Brannan Skate Park, 1055 28th S. NE.

The public is invited.

Clark, an 18-year-old freshman at Western Washington University, accidentally drowned in Bellingham Bay on Sept. 26. He had failed to return to his dorm room after attending an on-campus party just blocks away. Ten days later, authorities discovered Clark's body.
