United Way of Whatcom elects three new board members

"Eileen V. Coughlin, Cheryl Crazy Bull and Peggy Nelson have been elected to the United Way of Whatcom County Board of Directors.

Coughlin has been the vice president for Student Affairs and Academic Support Services at Western Washington University since 1994."
