COLLEGE WOMEN'S BASKETBALL: Dunbar's flu, Clan can't keep Vikings from advancing

With 1,620 career points, Vikings guard Amanda Dunbar needed just three points to move into a tie for third place on the Great Northwest Athletic Conference's all-time scoring list.
She made it, but just barely. Dunbar, who was named the GNAC Player of the Year in this, her senior season, took just six shots and scored five points (enough to give her 1,625 total in her career) while suiting up after suffering flu-type symptoms leading up to a Monday, Feb. 28, first-round game against Simon Fraser at the first GNAC Tournament.
