Folk band Nettle Honey to play noon concert today on campus

Nettle Honey, a folk/bluegrass group from Seattle, will play at noon today in the Performing Arts Center Plaza on campus. The free concert is the last in a summer series put on by WWU's Associated Students.

Nettle Honey, comprising band mbers Colin Sterling, Johnny Fitzpatrick, Robert Fulwiler and Brittany Newell, was a big hit at this year's Yellingham festival. Their music is influenced by performers like The Tallboys, Jason Webley, Spoonshine, Foghorn String Band, Vetiver, Joanna Newsom, Iron and Wine, and Dovekins.
