Final autopsy report released on WWU student Dwight Clark

The Whatcom County Medical Examiner and the Bellingham Police Department have issued the following news release, sharing the results of the final autopsy report on WWU student Dwight Clark.

The Western Washington University community would like to thank the Bellingham Police Department and the Medical Examiner for their diligence and professionalism during the course of their investigation. The Western community continues to join with the Clark family and Dwight’s many friends in mourning his loss.

Alcohol and other drug education is critically important to our society and Western is ever more committed to ensuring that students have reliable, accurate information about the choices that face them. This is a national concern that Western shares and has aggressively addressed.
