Parking apps go live April 29

Western Washington University faculty and staff may apply for 2013-2014 parking permits online beginning 7:15 a.m. Monday, April 29. No applications will be accepted before this time.

Applications will be considered late after Friday, May 17 at 4:30 PM.

Applications available:

  • Regular permit (quarterly, academic or annual)
  • Commuter packs
  • Carpool (person holding the permit will apply and list all members)

Remember to register current vehicle license plate when applying. License plate information is required to obtain a permit.

Those who have a payroll deduction form on file with Parking Services need only complete the parking application form. Others will need to fill out two forms: the parking permit application and the payroll deduction form.

Late applications will result in the applicant’s days of employment not being considered during the assigning process and may result in a 12A lot assignment. Those who do not receive their first lot choice will automatically be placed on the wait list for that lot. All wait list notifications will be made to the applicant’s WWU email address.

Faculty and staff will not receive any information about assignments until early September, when invoices for the permits are emailed.

Faculty and staff who do not have access to a computer may complete an application at the Parking Office in the Campus Services Building at 2001 Bill McDonald Parkway.

Those with special requests or who need further assistance may contact Parking Services at (360)650-2945 or by email at parking@wwu.edu.
