Faculty and Staff Wellness Program has new offerings for fall
Registration is now open for fall quarter Faculty & Staff Wellness Program exercise classes.
What's new?
- Tuesday and Thursday Hatha Yoga is back for fall with new instructor Susan D'Onofrio.
- Due to demand, the program will continue offering Monday and Wednesday yoga with Nancy Metcalf.
- A meditation class is now available on Mondays from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. with Western's own Ronna Biggs.
- Also new is a self-defense class on Fridays with new instructor and Western staff member Rob Eis. He led the self-defense workshop that was so successful in the summer.
