Faculty and Staff Wellness Program announces spring offerings
The Faculty and Staff Wellness Program at Western Washington University has announced its class lineup for spring quarter:
- Hatha Yoga with Irene, Carver Gymnasium: noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday
- Whole Body Fitness with Laurie and Geliza: noon to 1 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Evening Iyengar-style Yoga with Nancy: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesday
- Fitness with Kaylee, 32nd Street: noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday
- Hatha Yoga with Irene, 32nd Street: noon to 1 p.m. Monday and Friday
- Hatha Yoga with Irene, 32nd Street: 1 to 2 p.m. Monday and Friday
- Zumba with Geliza, 32nd Street: noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday
- Advanced Cardio Conditioning with Kaylee: noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday
Some classes fill quickly, and openings are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is available online.
