Employee Wellness program updates offerings for fall quarter
Fall quarter starts Wednesday! Here's a look at what's new among the classes being offered by the Faculty and Staff Wellness Program this quarter:
- New: Monday Power Flow (Vinyasa) Yoga Class with our new instructor Senna.
- Barre Class with Cyndie Shepard returns on Fridays.
- Meditation on Mondays with Ronna returns.
- Self-Defense Fitness Class with Rob on Fridays returns.
