Employee Wellness Program has new offerings for fall quarter
The Employee Wellness Program at Western Washington University has added three new classes to the schedule for fall quarter: Introduction to Exercise, Non-Impact Aerobics and Rehabilitative & Meditative Yoga.
Three new instructors also will be teaching this quarter: Lisa Mirante (WWU employee), Erica Quam and Karis Anderson. Kate Stevenson, who had been away, is back.
Fall quarter wellness classes begin today.
