Employee Wellness Program announces exercise offerings for fall quarter

The Western Washington University Employee Wellness Program has announced a spate of offerings available for fall quarter.

What has changed?

  • There's a new offering: mat pilates, taught by Western employee Kate Stevenson from the Viking Union.
  • The fitness class and a smaller Hatha yoga class are coming to campus from 32nd Street.
  • Class locations may be different, so be sure to check the class programs pages on the website.

Other Wellness Program Information:

  • The Faculty & Staff Wellness Program is moving to campus in October. Visit the new office location on the second floor of the Humanities Building.
  • The activity calendar shows detailed scheduling information for each class.
  • Plenty of other free services are available through the Wellness Program, such as one-on-one wellness consultations with Kaylee Nightingale.
