Employee W-2 info now available online

W-2 information for Western Washington University faculty and staff is now available online. All active employees may access their year-end earnings information by following these steps:

Log in to myWestern and select "Web4U."
Select "Employee" tab, then "Tax Forms," then "W-2 Year End Earnings Statement."
The "Tax Year" and "Employer" fields will populate. Select "Display."
Select "Printable W-2."

Those who have completed the Electronic W-2 Consent form will not receive a mailed copy. Those who have not completed the Electronic W-2 Consent process will have a W-2 mailed beginning Jan. 20.

Those wanting to receive their W-2 information exclusively online should fill out the Electronic W-2 Consent form.

W-2 information will be mailed to all former employees.
