Earth Week wraps up with food, live music, festivities in PAC Plaza

Celebrating our planet and a week of Earth Day-related events, the Western Washington University community is invited to enjoy locally-sourced lunch, smoothies, local music, squaredancing, a photo booth, and more from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center Plaza.

The gathering will be hosted in the Viking Union Multipurpose room in case of rain.

The week, put on by the Associated Students Environmental and Sustainability Programs and the WWU Office of Sustainability, began Monday with a discussion on the gender gap in agriculture and ends Saturday with a cleanup event at Little Squalicum Park.
