Dogs to visit campus to help students de-stress, relax

Registered Pet Partner Teams (dogs and handlers) will be visiting campus in the next couple of weeks to provide some "doggie therapy" for anyone who may be stressed out by finals or who just wants to relax a bit.

Dogs and their handlers will be in Wilson Library May 29 to June 6 at the Wilson end of the library skybridge.

Additional dogs, times and days may be added, but here's the schedule as it stands now:

  • Tuesday, May 29: 10 a.m. to 5 pm.
  • Wednesday, May 30: 10 a.m. to 1 pm.
  • Thursday, may 31: 1 to 9 p.m.
  • Friday, June 1: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 2: 6 to 9 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 3: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m.
  • Monday, June 4: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 5: 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 6: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The dogs represent registration in Delta Society of WA, Therapy Dogs International, Love on a Leash and Dogs on Call.
