Do you know about Western's Career Closet?

Resource helps young alums and soon-to-be-grads with professional attire for their job searches

The room is well-lit and organized, and it appears to be a thrift store or a clothing donation center.

Did you know that over 255 students and alumni have visited the WWU Career Closet since September 2023? The Western Community is invited to support the continuation of this free, lifetime resource during the WWU Give Day Season April 22-25. Funds raised will support the purchase of professional attire that is consistently understocked.

In addition to the WWU Career Closet, the Career Services Center offers in-person and virtual appointments to search for jobs & internships, review application materials and a variety of workshops. Quarterly in-person career fairs are held throughout the academic year and Career Services funds resources such as connecting/searching employers on Handshake or developing application materials on SkillsFirst.
