'Crossing Borders' feature documentary to be screened Nov. 12

The feature documentary "Crossing Borders," which follows four Moroccan and four American university students as they travel together through Morocco, will be screened at 6 p.m. Nov. 12 in Fraser Hall Room 4 on the Western Washington University campus.

Those who watch the film will be empowered and inspired as they develop intercultural empathy and critical thinking skills while learning to initiate dialogue among different cultures.

This screening, which is free and open to the public, is organized by the WWU Center for International Studies in celebration of International Education Week, which takes place Nov. 11 to 15.

The showing of the film, which is 70 minutes long, will be followed by a discussion.
