CFPA dean wins 50/50 raffle at holiday party

Dan Guyette, dean of the College of Fine and Performing Arts, is winner of the 50/50 drawing held at the annual campus holiday celebration. Guyette was present when the winning number was announced.

A lot of people contributed to the raffle; 302 tickets were purchased and $151 will be donated to the WWU Foundation Distinguished Employee Scholarship. An additional $100 donation was donated directly to the scholarship, making the total contribution to the scholarship fund $251. Thanks to everyone who contributed.

The Distinguished Employee Scholarship is for entering freshmen with a 3.0 gpa or higher, with a preference to students from Whatcom County whose parent(s) are WWU employees.
