CEV to co-host free customer-service seminar Sept. 23 in Lynden

Western Washington University’s College of Business and Economics’ Center for Economic Vitality (CEV), the Lynden Chamber of Commerce and the Lynden Downtown Business Association are partnering to host “Shockingly Good: How To Keep Your Customers Coming Back” from 8-9 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 23 at the Dutch Mothers Restaurant located at 405 Front St. in Lynden.

The seminar is free and open to the public but pre-registration is requested. Participants should register by calling the Lynden Chamber of Commerce at (360) 354-5995. Meg Greenfield, assistant director of the Center for Economic Vitality, will give the presentation along with CEV Business Strategist Eric Grimstead.
