Campus holiday party set for Dec. 8

The annual campus holiday party, this year themed "A Season of Giving," will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, in the Viking Union Multipurpose Room.

The event will include

50/50 drawing: Tickets are $1 each, available at the event. Half of the proceeds will go to the WWU Employee Distinguished Scholarship and half will go to winning ticket holder. The winner does not need to be present to win.
Human food drive: To benefit the Bellingham Food Bank. Please bring only non-perishable foods.
Pet food drive: To benefit the Whatcom Humane Society.
Performances: By WWU staff members throughout the afternoon
Holiday refreshments: To be enjoyed by all who attend.

Parking enforcement will be suspended on campus during the event so faculty and staff can carpool to the main campus to park. Not valid in reserved, handicapped or metered parking spaces.
