Bob Schneider presents KPI Dashboard at Portland SETA 2009

Bob Schneider (Administrative Computing Services) delivered a presentation on Western's implementation of a KPI Dashboard and other Business Intelligence solutions like the graphical Course Enrollment History tool at the SETA 2009 conference in Portland, Ore., Oct. 27. Many instituitions were very interested in what WWU has developed.
