Some circumstances may require that you approve your employee’s time sheet in PHATIME rather than Web4U.

This will occur if your employee reports any of the following on their timesheet:

  • Call Back Pay
  • Hours Worked Over Appt Percent
  • Holiday Premium Pay
  • Overtime Pay
  • Stand By Pay

For instructions on how to approve timesheets in PHATIME, see page 15 of the Payroll Approver User Guide.

Just a reminder that as per the 2015-2017 Collective Bargaining Agreements, employees are to be cashed out for any comp and/or holiday comp above 60 hours (160 hours for Campus Police) as of June 30, 2017.  The cash out will appear on their July 10, 2017 paycheck.

Departments can run the PWRCLVE report in Banner to view the comp time balances for each of their employees. Employees and their supervisors will be emailed in approximately 2 weeks with their total comp time balance.
