Just a reminder that as per the 2015-2017 Collective Bargaining Agreements, employees are to be cashed out for any comp and/or holiday comp above 60 hours (160 hours for Campus Police) as of June 30, 2017. The cash out will appear on their July 10, 2017 paycheck.
Departments can run the PWRCLVE report in Banner to view the comp time balances for each of their employees. Employees and their supervisors will be emailed in approximately 2 weeks with their total comp time balance.
