International Cooking Classes offer a taste of global cuisine
International Student and Scholar Services offers a series of cooking classes as an opportunity to learn about another country and try making a dish from that culture.
The classes is coordinated by students and taught by student, scholar, and staff volunteers. Meetings are usually twice per quarter in the Community Food Co-Op Connection Building on East Holly Street.
In 2015-16, students sampled cuisine from Nigeria, Northern Italy, Mongolia and Brazil.
