Alumni Association selling $10 cheesecakes, deadline is May 1

Need a Mother's Day gift?

The Alumni Association at Western Washington University is selling heart-shaped cheesecakes for $10 through Sunday, May 1. The 5-inch, 9-ounce cheesecakes are made locally by Chuckanut Bay Foods.

For each order made, $5 will be donated to one of these areas (the customer gets to choose):

• Western Alumni Association Scholarship Fund
• Whatcom Food Bank
• Red Cross

Available flavors are:

• Haggard "have lotta" Chocolate
• Experience New York - B'ham Style
• Red Square Strawberry

The last day to order is May 1, and cheesecakes can be picked up on campus on Wednesday, May 4. Orders are being taken online.
