The new year is here, and a great way to kick off 2015 is to check out the winter quarter faculty and staff Wellness Program offerings. Classes begin throughout this next week and next.
Whatis new for winter quarter exercise classes?
- See our Programs Page: Click on a class you are interested in, and read the details carefully; there are new offerings, and some details have changed.
- There is a wellness class for every fitness level. If you are not sure what class is for you, please contact Kaylee Nightingale for more information: Kaylee.Nightingale@wwu.edu or 360-650-3386.
- Classes begin on Jan. 6 and go through March 20.

Winter Quarter will provide two free Lunch n Learn opportunities:
- On Friday, 2/20 from 12-1, in Carver Gym D, Ronna Biggs will lead a LnL on Meditation and at home meditation practice.

On Friday 3/6 from 12-1, in Carver Gym D, Rob Eis will lead a LnL on Self Defense.
- You do not need to register for the Lunch n Learn"s, just save the date, show up, and enjoy!
